One of the advantages of having a squash coach who is also a world-reknowned expert in the Psychology of Squash (just Google it!) is that practice does not consist solely of hitting squash balls. In this short video clip, Coach Tim Bacon takes the team through a sport psychology session on how to use positive self-talk during practices. A couple of this year’s players have also taken Tim’s ESS220 Psychology of Sport class!
