What better way to celebrate this year’s World Squash Day than to play squash and support a good cause?
The United Way of Hampshire County has led the way in caring for all residents of Western Massachusetts. Last year’s event at Smith College attracted more than 50 participants of all ages and abilities – with 100% of proceeds donated to the United Way – and this year the Smith Squash Team hopes to do the same.
Beginners to experts are invited to participate in both squash and British Racketball – an easier-to-play version of squash (or American Racquetball!) – so great for beginner’s and oldies! Smith College is the originator of British Racketball in North America – here is a link to our British Racketball Blog.
Suggested donation for full-time students is $5 – members of the Western Mass Squash Community $20. Here is the link to the tournament page with more information and downloadable entry forms.
